The Bibliography (link below) starts with steam sheds, first general works, then subdivided by Company. The 'Photographic Albums’ section lists only those books that do not cover a specific company, depot etc. The list then move on to diesel and electric depots. Reminiscences by shed staff and enthusiasts are included, but not footplate staff. The Locomotive Builders sections include those that have at least some company history and/or details of the works buildings. Finally, Derby RTC and testing facilities are included.
